Liquid Line Solenoid (LLS)
The LLS controls the flow of refrigerant and there is a liquid line solenoid located before each AEV on each evaporator inlet. When a freeze barrel calls for cooling, based on the viscosity reading, the compressor is engaged, the IO board sends 24VAC to the LLS and LLS is energized. The LLS opens and allows liquid refrigerant to flow thru the AEV and into the individual freeze barrel.
Note: The liquid line solenoid and the hot gas solenoid are the same coil and valve.
Note: Only use factory replacement components.
Note: Voltage is 24Vac and Resistance is 13.8 ohms +/- 10%.
