Freeze Product in Barrels

Viper — Installation

1. Initial Freeze Down

   In the BARREL STATUS menu, highlight the desired barrel and press the ON button to start freezing the product. To turn off the barrel press the OFF button.

   
2. Quality of Drinks

   A good quality drink does not collapse in the cup after dispense, draws easily through a straw, and has no air gaps. Also it is uniform and consistent with no syrup draining to the bottom of the cup.
