Carbonator Motor Timing Out

IDC Pro Pocket Guide — Troubleshooting

1. Shut Down Screen

   The carbonator times out after 2 minutes of the carbonator probes not sensing water. The carbonator sends an error to the agitator/carbonator board. When this occurs, power cycle the IDC Pro.

   First, safely shut down the screen, and then power cycle the IDC Pro by unplugging and plugging back in.

2. Check for Voltage

   Remove both probes and J4 on the agitation board which should cause the carbonator motor to engage. If it does not engage this indicates a bad harness or bad agitation/carbonation board or motor.

   Check for voltage at the motor, you should have 120 VAC. If you have voltage replace the motor. If you do not have voltage replace the board.
