1. How to Access

   To access the Service menu, tap each corner of the merchandiser portion of the screen in a counter- clockwise direction, starting in the upper right corner, to form a "C."

   Note: The screen will momentarily flash white when it is tapped in the correct spot.

   Wait for the video display to come back, and continue to the next corner. If instead of white, a black square appears momentarily, it indicates that the software is an outdated version and requires updating.

2. Service Level PIN

   Once the number pad shows up, type in your service level pin to access the Service screen.

   Default passcode 1111 displays the Operator's Level (access level 1 only)

   Default passcode 2222 displays the Manager's Level (access levels 1 and 2)

   Default passcode 3333 displays the Technician Level (access levels 1, 2, and 3)

   Note: Follow the same sequence for all software to enter the Service UI
